My 2 cents is that the tank needs some hardscape, there's no drift wood or rocks in the scape. No define boundaries or sectors, maybe you could incorporate some into it. The plants seems healthy though, I like my lilies short but I guess that's individual's preference.
Something about the water & the fishes that calms me down.
When I first started planted tank this how the tank looks like, only plants. Actually your plants grew better than mine, and they look lush and healthy and no algae in sight. Keep those green fingers going!
