This is the first time posting my tank pic, my fisrt 2ft tank and my first Aquascaping. Any comments are welcome.

Lighting: 36W 6hrs/day (may need to increase to 55W)

Blyxa Japonica
Taiwan moss on DW
Bacopa caroliniana
Hemianthus micranthemoides
Tonina sp belem
Salvinia Natans
Vallisneria americana
Japanese hair grass
Fauna: Boraras brigittae
Substrate: ADA Aquasoil Africana
CO2: not yet
udate the photo, it has been 3 weeks, the plants start growing.

Good start. You must have directed the water flow onto the Aquasoil when you filled the tank up or planted plants with the tank filled up to have that cloudy water. Wave your hand over your plants to mess up the "mud" particles over the next few days to clear it up.
Plant more, you need about three times the plant mass more.
Good start, can consider create the "path to nowhere" track look!
Guess you will appreciate ADA soil when your plants grown lush and healthy,!

Actually it become cloudy when I start planting, I fill water about 1/4 then start planting. Have to dig hole here and there, stirring the mud particle.

Maybe planting before filling the water?
For ADA Aquasoil you add water till its same level as the substrate, and then plant your plants. After that add in water very gently and you will see almost no cloudiness at all.
give it awhile.
once your filter and water mature, everything should clear up.
Frequence water changes should help.

first day photo, water is cloudy due to ADA aquasoil, beginning to dislike aquasoil
It clear up the next day but brown mud deposite on the plant leaft and DW
Welcome. Think u have to plant more to absorb the excess nutrients else there might be a outbreak of algae. Perhaps u should get those fast growing plants to stablise the tank.
Shadow, you got to get plants fast.
One week with ADA and high lighting without enough plants, you will have algae by Wednesday.
This is due to the ammonium which is inherant in ADA Aquasoil.
I like your positioning of the hardscape. Maybe some rocks/slates to prevent the soil from moving if you want to create the "path" scape...
You might want to reduce the lighting period until you get more plants. Maybe reduce it from 8hrs to 5hrs. This might help with early algae issues.
Really that fast? I just got some hornworth from Vinyx, will plant it today, hopefully can help to absorb the excess ammonium.

The water is clear up whitin a day, however the mud is deposite on the DW as well as plant leaft.

I got floating water lettuce, salvinia natans and will be planting hornwort today, I'm hopping they will absorb the excess nutrients. This plants is considered as fast growing plants right?

That's is not enough... Amano always says that it is important to compact the tank with plants right from the start and not let it slowly mature... Because the algae will mature 10x faster than the plants since they are simpler in structure...

oh no, I'm in trouble, I do not have enough plants. I probably should follow benchan21 sugestion reducing the light from 8hers/day to 5hrs/day.
How about 3hrs on - 2hrs off - 3 hrs on? would it help?
Change photo to 2nd day, mud particles are settled down, added hornwort and Hygrophila Difformis.
like what everyone says, i too agree. Plants are fair too little. Got to plant lot more than that. Maybe having some frogbits will help absorb some excess nutrients
