I accidentally drop 1/10 teaspoon of yeast to my 15G tank , would it kill my plants, fishes and shrimps? Will it grow or multiply? Hopefully it will die off because no sugar in the tank

The yeast will probably die off. I seriously doubt any harm will come to your tank.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

To play safe, mayb try changing 20-30% of the water on alternate days for 3 cycle.
