    At first i thought it is an Oxyropsis, but it has the characteristic eyes of the pleco/oto group.

    btw it is Hisonotus leucofrenatus, as IDed by the stuporman himself.

    I used to have them. Let me see if I can dig out the pictures. Eyes are like that too.

    In the meantime, you can always reference www.planetcatfish.com. I'm sure they have some pictures.
