    It's Eden 304.
If you like, you can even attach a spray bar to the filter.

Or an Eden 316 or Eheim 2006. 2006 cannot attach spraybar. The eden's are good for hiding in a dark background cos they are black. I don't see Eden's around a lot, but definitely at petmart.

304 is not the smallest Eden. There is another Eden (diff model number) that is only the powerhead, no filter compartment. Don't get the wrong one.

All these (including the 304) are internal filters and will do well for a heavily planted or low bio-load tank.

Spray bar most LFS should have. Theres a black one I find quite good to use. Its called a rain bar too.

Eh... water change, normally 1/4 to 1/3 of the water every 2 weeks. I stopped changing water for my 1m tank which uses 2 internal filters and my newt tank which has very low bioload.

In theory, if you have lots of plants or very low bioload, you hardly have to change water, just top up.

Imho, I think the Eden 304 or 316 (remove the activated carbon from the filter after a week or 2) can do for a heavily planted tank with low or moderate bio-load. Don't expect much bio-filtration from small internal filters. Cycling might take longer too.

When I switched to 2 small internal filters for my 1m planted, my tank was already mature.

lsz is right about the eden not being very powerful. But IMO, it's juz nice for a 2ft planted tank. For me I also recomend it your application. Had great success for mine anyway.

However, you'll need to clean the filter sponge maybe twice monthly. It clogs up pretty quick.

The main attraction for me would be the size. It's small and very easy to hide. It does not take up too much space too.... plus the price is very affordable
    Cheers!!

Both the 304 and 316 can fit the rain bar. You'll need to get a short length of hose to attach the rain bar to the filter outlet. Internal diameter of the hose must be 12mm.

    Hi to all

Jus an update, went to Nature yesterday and bought an Eden 316 internal filter for $20 and rainbar $4.
Also bought gravel ($10) and AEC 36Watt PL Light tube for $9. An AC fan with mounting brackets $30.

No extra discount given. I'm BROKE!!!

The Ben timer costs $19, so still waiting for Kingpin for the Lobang to get cheaper price.

Hahaha, when it comes to discounts, Chan is one tough nut to crack... but then, for many things, he has one of the best prices. []
