How deep is your tank? how long have you been planting this plants?
It shouldn't be Iron. Do you dose any liquid fert?

Most substrate balls or whatever doesn't include macros in which a plant would use in large quantity after CO2. My guess you are running out of nutrients. N, K, Ca, Mg, P and finally the micros in the order of importance. For such a large tank, you would need plenty of water movement in order to make sure that the CO2 is well mixed in the tank. You do not want to have areas of too high or too low CO2 but rather equal levels throughout the tank.
