    Hello bros of AQ.
I need some help from experts like you.
My toninia sp seems to be turning yellow and some part seems to be rotting off.

I am using ADA soil, temperture around 25 ~ 27, C02 at 4b/s, 440 w of Pl lights and my tank is about 5 feet.

    What could be wrong?

It shouldn't be Iron. Do you dose any liquid fert?
Studying the water chemistry and nutrients is a science.
Knowing what plants to get and how to use them is an art.
Aquascaping is a marriage of art and science, the logical and emotional.

Most substrate balls or whatever doesn't include macros in which a plant would use in large quantity after CO2. My guess you are running out of nutrients. N, K, Ca, Mg, P and finally the micros in the order of importance. For such a large tank, you would need plenty of water movement in order to make sure that the CO2 is well mixed in the tank. You do not want to have areas of too high or too low CO2 but rather equal levels throughout the tank.
