    Hi...

    I have just caught the wild Betta bugs...And i'm wondering if there's anyone in singapore who are sucessful in spawning/Breeding Wild betta??
    I looking for some tips as i have just got myself a pair of Wild Betta macrosatma...

    All tips and pointers are welcome...

    congratulations on the wild betta bug. do you have any other wild Betta species besides the B. macrostoma?

    note the name of your fish is macrostoma meaning big (macro) mouth (stoma).

    I have just caught the wild Betta bug,,,so i thought of keeping and try spawning this current wild B.macrostoma...I will be looking forward to get more other species as well...

    What will i get eventually:
    1) B.Pallifina
    2) B.channoides
    3) B.albimarginata
    4) Drawf B.Rutilans

    B.macrostoma..beside basic skills(set up, water change and feeding)..luck is most important. Some experts cannot get no matter how they try, some breed them easily without any tricks..

    I think its in the diet that really helps them to do thier thing.
    (crickets, meal worms, blood worms, earth worms, guppy frys, splenden frys, chocolate gourami frys)
