Thanks. Hopefully fries will come soon and I will sell to interested aquarists.

To me, always thought the male will always be more colourful. But not in my case.
In terms of colour, female is definitely better than the male.

Today saw a change of behaviour. Female is very hostile to male. Hopefully it means that eggs are laid and fertilized by male. Fingers crossed.

You are really quite good with these fellows!! And don't be embarassed with the photos. They are much better that those we see sometimes.

Vincent, they have yet to spawn. If successful, definitely will spread cause I've got not much time and space. And also want to share these beauties with everyone.
Today just added a little dose of black water, hopefully to stimulate some activity.

Something happened to my female. She went into her cave and did not appear for 2 days. I was worried sick that she's dead. Even when I'm feeding, only the male was seen. So I presume that she might be dead in her cave. But today(3rd day) to my surprise, she appeared to my relieve. Does anyone had this kind of behavoiur seen in their apistogrammas? Or maybe someone can enlightened me?

It's normal. Sometimes they need 2-3 days to clean the cave or an area before spawning can take place. So you might in for a surprise
    Cheers!

Yup. My females stayed in the cave for a couple of days too... But I see piling of the entrance with more substrate to make the opening smaller...
