    Feeders are mostly bull frogs. Don't even think about keeping one unless you plan to eat it when it gets bigger. Bull frogs can grow BIGGER than a White's Tree Frog and males are capable of making a noise LOUDER than a truck. And if you think about releasing it to the parks when it gets too big, you are risking the native animals as they can eat A LOT!...

    Try searching through the feeder bags for yellow-bellied frogs. They have a light brown/yellow line running along the body to the 'nose'... These remain small and are native.

    However, do note that feeding small frogs can be a hassle for those who do not have access to small sized crickets/mealworms or wingless fruit flies.

    Remember, if you decide an animal as a pet, you are responsible for its welfare. This applies to fish AND frogs too.

    Definitely for me...no more purchases...I 'murdered 2 copper cheeked frogs in my vivarium...they were okay for a day but the next day..both died on me..
