    Congratulations!!!

This is not an easy species to spawn! In Singapore, we can practically count the hobbyists that have succeeded.

Do keep us updated of the fry development if possible. Thanks!

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

    Congrats Blueblue!

You really impressed me in your dedication towards apistos and L46.

Keep us updated on the development of your L46.

Thanks Benny and Nicholas. In Hong Kong (among hobbyist who go online), I seem to be the first one who has succeeded in breeding this species. This is NOT my first time getting the L46 fry though, while it's the first time i knew who the parents are (last time, i just got some fries when they have developed and moved around the tank with 22 mature L46; this time, i took the cave out and shaked the eggs
out and articifically observed the development in a floating tank

Compared with the first set of pictures, you can see the development very clearly! The ventral fins are now visible.

Actually, it is always used with an "s", as a praising remark.

Amazing! Roughly when do you start feeding them and what food can they take?
