Anyone here who has experience with Eido chillers?
Just recently got mine [3ft model], and it seems tt it isn't really controlling my temperature well... I have on it for 3 whole days already..
The temperature is still way high [28 degrees] [
] , and it only goes down when I switch onmy room aircon at night. But once i switch off my sircon in the day, then the temperature slowly rises to 28. I have set my temperature to 25 degrees.
The technician already came down [They have good service, came directly to my house] [
] , and said it will take a few days. So I'm just wondering if anyone has this same problem, or is it just a process tt I'll have to wait?
Thanks

u can try wangx.. he bought a model for 4ft and it took him some time for the temp to go down too.. according to my friends in eido.. the reason as to why the temp takes such a long time to go down is because the rocks attracted heat and unlike the other brands of chillers where u get instant results, this system takes time for the temp to go down.
anyway, IMO, if the temp drops drastically within 24hrs, it might have some damage on the fishes.. i would rather have them go down gradually..
take a few days and see what happens then.. if the problems still occurs.. u can give them a call..
