Cant post new threads

I cant seems to post any new thread or pics. What should I do? Appreciate your help, thanks.

Hi there. theres no error return messages, just that i cant start a new thread in the market place or beginers section....

For marketplace, there is certain rules which you have to meet before you can start a new thread. As for beginners sections, thére is no restriction. You might want to try again.

Can you tell me what are the procedure to that? Is it i have 2 have a certain number of post before i can start a new thread? My post count seems not 2 increase even i did a post. Pls advise and thanks man.
