is Flourish excel by seachem the excel we are talking about? if yes spot treatment means i take out the affect plants and apply some excel on the affect area right?

yes, it is flourish excel from seachem. You don't need to take out the effected plants, just use syringe and inject directly or close to effected area

it's okie since all my plants that r affected r taken out

I've got suggestions : What if you drain most of the water and exposing the plants and glass/rocks that are heavily infected with the BBA, then use a squirt bottle and spray the heck the BBA with the stronger concentration of H2O2, in the meantime you fill the water back slowly.
May be for the safety of the animals, they need to be moved out first to a temp tank while treating the BBA this way.
Anybody ever try this?

Tom, Anti-BBA juice could be a moneymaking scheme judging from the hundreds of similar questions.![]()
You can if you dare to fail - Stan Chung

Any you think they know otherwise?![]()
Of course it's a scam, that's why we call it snake oil.
You never hear me suggesting stuff like that ever.
Excel is as close as it gets but it's so mild in that regard and breaks down into CO2.
So it attacked the root of the issue.
And the advice I give does not cost 12.99, but I should charge folks.![]()
It's not so much the advice itself, it's ruling out all the other advice that's wrong that's the trick.
