I stumbled upon one nice one at 新興區忠孝一路28號 07-2825885. Aquatop. It is in a small lane.
I am not sure if it is still around. but when I visited 2 yrs back, it has quite a selection of plants and fish (cories, apisto, etc)

There are quite a few big supermart style fish shops around, but I didn't find them particularly interesting.

Alternatively, you can pick up a copy of AquaZoo and the back pages has a directory. Hope that helps.
