My cardinal also, but still eating food. I got it from friend so I do not know what happen previously.
Noticed that 3 of my cardinals are having sunken stomach. They look very thin. I have given Sera Mikropan, yet they are not eating much.
To what I understand, Fish TB has the same sympton, albeit more to that.
Is there anything else that can be done to help these cardinals?

how long have you been keeping them?could it be due to shock that they are not eating or stress.
They been with me for around 1 year. Recently then realise that 3 of the cardinals are having sunken stomach.
I am afraid that it might infect the other 40++ cardinals and other faunas.

Treat with: Isoniazid + Kanamycin + Vitamin B-6.
Looks a bit complicated, can anyone advice on the above treatment or is there a particular single medication that is available on the shelf!!!
