Swim bladder problem on rummy-nose

Any idea how to cure swim bladder problem for rummy-nose?

My seems to be struggling to keep itself straight, but it is always swimming 45degrees, Zig-Zag mode

Was quoted with a funny way to cure this swim bladder problem:

Quarantine the fish with very low level of water, so that it cannot swim Zig-Zag.

Any suggestions?
