Fujifilm F30 series, have high ISO. Thus faster shutter speed. my 2 cents, I'm not photo expert![]()
Any camera to recommend? Not SLR type. Don't have that much budget to buy![]()

I have read a lot of recommendations about Fujifilm F31fd especially the high ISO and underwater capability. Price is reasonable at $500+.

F31fd is less than S$500 now.
The macro is only so-so but it can take decent snaps (no pp) at low-light conditions. ISO maxes at ISO 3200 but it gets a little too noisy for me at that speed. I cap my shots at 1600.

why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.
