white spot in marine tank

Hello
Just wondering if someone can help me!!!! my fish had the ich and thhaey have all passed on but the problem is does the white spot stay in the tank havent treat the tank with anything as i have a carpet anemone in they .There is no fish in the tank also i have droped the salt level down. How long before i can put fish back in.

Hi Nemo Lover,
You can never eradicate them( ICH ) all together and too sterile a environment is never good for anybody. So prevention is always the way out, gotta be careful with acclimatisation and water parameters. Alot of medication nowadays are kind to other critters than fish so read the label and they work both in fresh and salt water.

A month or 2. If you have a UV lamp, use them. They should kill those free swimming larvae.

stop adding new fish for at least one month
after the ich stops
