Little loach from Bt Merah, Perak - Neohomaloptera johorensis

A not so common balitorid from the peat swamp of Perak. this one, at 23mm SL, is a full grown Neohomaloptera johorensis. sibeh cute leh.

Cute, the eyes are very interesting, the rims make the eyes look large considering the body length.

For a moment when I took a quick glance at the title, I thought was Bukit Merah at Redhill!

The chiu chiu are soo cute realy.
