Can Crstal Red Shrimp survive if there is power breakdown

I am setting up a 30X16X23 shrimp tank in my office with a hang on filter to provide aeration.

Would like to know if there is a power breakdown in office, can the CRS survive without the filter and for how long?

If the temperature and water parameters are OK prior to the breakdown, I think they can last for a day or so? By then, the problem should be rectified, unless you are in an office where the following happens, then good luck pal.

Electrical breakdown? Submit a report to M&E department and CC to boss. It'll take 3 working days to process.

Can I borrow a fan? Fill up the requisition form and submit to Admin and Logistics department. It'll take 2 working days to process.

There shouldn't be a problem for couple of hours to even a few days, but that has to come with oxygen rich water and the water temperature does not rise too high. Best is to keep the tank cool, if cannot, you have to add in aeration.

The concern is the bacteria in the filter can survive the power breakdown? You will know when you crs does not die right after the power breakdown but die within a week or 2.
