    doesn't look like a moss
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

    Hi Dominik,
it looks like any Thamniaceae, but not sure.
I found a description of a European specimen in the web:
    http://www.ijon.de/moose/geni/thamnobryum_en.html
But Asian sorts may have other requirements so it may possible it is aquatic.

Nice but looks like a terrestrial moss. We will have to wait a few months to see if the moss grow in the person's tank.

    Hi,
this moss is not really new. It was shown one or two years ago already. It's Climacium japonicum.

If that's so, is there a way you could get a good sized portion over to me? I am very interested in it!

    Neat moss!
