Ok here goes my problem, I got a 3ft tank with a Eheim 2026 filter & I just brought a 2nd chiller so the BIG problem is I don't have any little idea on how to install it. As I see that the 2026 filter the piping is big & my chiller in-out flow the pipe is small, same as those 2213 or 2232 piping. So how do I connect it? Really need help thanks in advance!

Hope you guys understand what I saying..haa

There is a kind of joint for you to connect hose of different diameter. The 2 ends is in a form of stepped cone. Each side has 3 steps, the mouth has a smallest diameter and the more inner step is biggest.

So if the hose diameter is small, it will fit the smallest step at the mouth. If its dia is big, it will fit the larger step further in.

There are 3 type of hose size: 12/9, 16/12 and 22/16. That's the hose outer/inner diameter. So make sure you know your hose size before purchasing the joint. Normally the joint can fit all 3 size.

Go to Petmart and explain your situation. They have alot of spare part stuff for you to see too!
If you've learnt, teach, if you have, give.

My setup is tank->filter->co2 reactor (in tank).

You definately want to filter any water going into your chiller. Any large debris trap inside chiller coil is hard to flush out.

    Hi Altum_lover76,
Nice weathering job on the tank . I mean, the military tank model, not fish tank.

I'm more interested in model train. Not easy. Many things to learn. Still learning.
