Guys, don't mean to spoil the enthusiasm on C. weitzmani but expect to pay a lot for this, and I mean, a lot!

If someone were to go, can kindly confirm what these are?

Black Green? Don't think there is such a species.

I assume Black Peru is C. semiaquilus. Can confirm?

    Thanks.

Someone should ask him to advertise here, he is definitely going upmarket this days and avoiding the masses that the other LFS are heading for. By the way, does he have Corydoras Aeneus, I have been looking for them for ages.

Thanks! No wonder I couldn't find the picture on the net.

I think he is bringing in these fellows to satisfy those fanatics who loves those hard to find in the market kind of fishes. By the way some of the pleco kakis I know are crazy about corys as well so it's like a one stop centre for them.

I am itching for C. weitzmani but considering the worth of them, it definitely has to be a species only tank for me. Unfortunately, it's not so much about the money, but no tank at the moment, so have to keep waiting...

If there's an itch, scratch it! Get them to breed and you'll recover your costs and more. Better than raising other fishes that nobody wants!

I second that thought, no point berating about it and when it is all gone, you'd be thinking 'why didn't I?'. Unless you are not hot and bothered about getting it, then your money is best kept in your wallet.

Uhm, it's just an itch. If I can live with an itch, I certainly am not going to berate about it.

Even if I never get to own them in my lifetime, hey, raising other fishes that nobody wants is still something that I would do over and over again.

Was down there in the evening, the "Black Peru" looks like C.Semiaquilus to me... and i seriously can't tell much difference between them and the "Black Greens" took 2 picture but don't think its much help as the lighting was quite bad as they are in the lower tanks. (First picture is of the "Black Peru", second picture are of the "Black Green")

Their C.Fowleri looks good but i must say the C.Weitzmani are certainly the best of the lot there. I think one of those cost more than my entire current corydoras collection combined!
