OK, I've bought Sea Monkeys 'toy' from Toys'R'Us for my son to learn how to rear & keep aquatic-life.

The Sea Monkeys are already hatched and feeding well for the past one week.

However, I'm pretty concerned with the fact that the water is pretty stagnant.

Stagnant waters means a breeding place for mosquito. I don't know if these monkeys would feed on larves.

    Anyone knows?

sea monkeys are raised in salt water...if i'm not wrong, the package you bought from Toys'R'Us should have come with a powder mix that you put into the water before hatching the sea monkey eggs?

there should be no worries about mosquitoes as i think they require fresh stagnant water to lay their eggs =)

    Sea Monkies are brine shrimp.

Mosquitoes do not breed in brine.
