hm... Cryptocoryne Balansae has much wider leaves compared to mine...
Mark

is it rhizome or bulbs?
plant with curly leaves edge:
Aponogeton capuroni
Aponogeton crispus
Crinum calamistratum (bulb)

Its a bulb, have checked the name and confirmed that its indeed Crinum calamistratum. Thanks for the help.

Then you might want to expose 1/3 of the bulb above the gravel, otherwise it will rot.

Have done as advised Shadow, however, many of the tips of the plant are starting to yellow. Should i trim the parts off?
Mark

Yes you should, otherwise it will foul your water.

Thanks StanChung, should i trip just the yellowed parts or the entire leaf?
Mark

Hi Mark,
The leaf is dying, you should trim the whole leaf.
