Anyone with information where I can get hold of the 1060 power head. It seems that there is no stock of this item in Singapore . Thanks in advance.

I know of someone selling two Eheim 1060 second hand for $80. Only problem is that he lost the front grey panel of the powerhead. (IMO not really important) Its about one years old in perfect condition. If you are interested, please PM me!

Just wondering what you guys are using this powerful powerhead for. I'm using it to drive my 5' tank's overflow sump.

I'm using a single Laguna pump using 50 watts to push 4850litres/hour for my 3ft marine tank. Considering that a Eheim 1060 is 50 watts too but pushing only 2200 litres/hour, you may want to consider other pumps which may be just as efficient.

Try TOM800, half the price at S$55/- or so, but better flowrate at 800 gallon per hour, power comsumption also lower at 30W, durability heard its as good as Eheim. I think it's a US company, but produced in Japan.

I got it at superstar Pasir Ris. Its $100+++++. Must ask for discount.
Superstar always very expensive....
