    HI folks,

Just want to share my newly setup 1 feet cube, about 2-3 weeks old. Plants taken from my non-co2 2 footer, so they aren't really co2 demanding plants. However some i feel will be too big for a 1 feet cube. Growth is superb with co2 injection, my first time using co2.

    Tanks measurement : 1 X 1 X 1 (cube)
    Filter : Eden 501
    Substrate : ADA Aquasoil Amazonian
Lights : 9w+5w+(36watt) (36watt is from my old 2 ft lightset, which i turn on occasionally, my plant pearls once it is turn on)
Co2 : 2L via ceramic diffusor, keeping to 1 bubble per 2 second or so, dont know how to measure actual co2 ppm, clueless on that.
    Temp : 28-29
Fert : Ferka Aquatilizer and Balance K (4 times a week, followed by 30% WC)

Unfortunately, i dont see superb growth on the moss wall, some moss are creeping out but it's not noticably great. Any one can recommend, more ferts to compliment with the Ferka?

    Do comment or advise, thanks!

The rocks are rather big for the scape.
    Perhaps more background plants

There's a nice contrast between the rocks and plants.

You need a source of nitrogen and phosphorous, and can be found in the Tropica's fertiliser. Check the label.

Tropica? ahhh TMG? yes i was looking at that at NA the other time. Will take another look.

The main rock is the centre piece, the one on the right is a DW, it's shaped like a rhino's horn. Going to wrap it with moss but after seeing my moss wall, will have to wait and see.

    Thanks all for the comments.

I'm a little afraid that the main piece rock might be too low, and the plants around it might overlap it in time to come but hey good effort!!

Yup, the rock is alittle "short" but i do love the colour and the sloping top. I am already itching for another 1 feet cube, it's really addictive.

    Hi Ssur,
a neat looking tank, and i think a carpet of HC growing between your plants will be nice too.

    Cheers!
