It's gonna rain tonight, heavy rain, so tomorrow early in the morning I am going back to get Kalophrynus interlineatus....die die must get one orange specimen.

eh... catch this kind of thing best is just before the rain comes.. or about 1-2 hours after it ends...
All these were night catch? or early morning catch?
Night catch, but Kalophrynus interlineatus is difficult to catch at night. It's habitat is very dense grass land, it stays motionless when enemy approach, very difficult to spot them.
This particular specimen was found trapped in a concrete pond. These trapped in canal along the road were all dried up. I saw more than a dozen dead(dry) ones then finally encountered one alive....so tomorrow morning must chiong before they get burned.
