Tornado off Marina Bay

Saw a waterspout off Marina Bay an hour ago.

If the "tornado" you referring to occurred over the sea surface, they are better known as water spouts.

I had a photo of it when doing a sea bottom survey 2 years ago. Saw some large container ships going straight through them.
