How much gravel for a 100 X 30 cm planted tank?

my new setup ideas is of black gravel one big drift wood and the blackish gray rocks and maybe some plants maybe a little more. how much of gravel do i need? as in how thick should i be? the plants will most probably be foregraund plants.

I used 1" at the front and 3" at the back. Taller plant at the back require deeper soil.

ok if my tank is 100cm by 30 cm. and i want the gravel thickness as mentioned above. how many kg of gravel would i need?

That would be dificult.

Your sand volume would be 15000 cubic cm = 0.015 cubic meter.
Assuming dry sand mass weight = 1602 kg/cubic meter
Then your sand weight would be ~24kg

i guess i do not need more bags of gravel. i have a 25kg one i got for 10 bucks at aquarama.

just checking how much fertilliser do i need for the bottom layer? any clues?
