Any detailed guide to doing an Iwagumi styled scape?

i actually am a noob but am very interested in doing the iwagumi scape.

i am wondering if there is a step bt step guide on how to do it? with liek the palting fertlisers and all that?

i think the palting fertilizer thing is the same with the normal aquascape layout. the only different is the positioning of the rocks and also the gradient of the substrate ...

yeah thats true. i am having a hard time finding out about lighting for my scaping argh!

well how big is your tank? and what kind of plants you'd plan to put inside?

The way to learn is to do as many rock arrangements as you can, along with the basic understanding underneath the technique. The guys at Gratiola have lots of useful knowledge this, drop by for a chat with them

the problem i am having now is still the lighting.

my tank is 100 cm x 30 cm

i plan to grow HC and hairgrass.

i have the info that i need 3 watts per gallon?

so i will need 360 watts minimum.

what types of bulbs and fixtures are best suited for this setup?
