Mosura enhances shrimp colour?

I heard that mosura enhances CRS colour, any truth in this?

If i were to feed the same food to other shrimps, will it enhance their colours too? i.e Cherries becomes more red, Greenies becomes more green, etc.

i feed mosura to my crs and cherries. Didnt notice any difference
