Continuing from the previous discussion, we have the following as the itinerary.
Please gather at C328 by 1230pm. You can have your lunch at the coffeeshop earlier and the group will aim to leave Clementi at 1pm.
Here is the tentative itinerary:
Take note that the place will be warm and dressing should be casual. Bring a small bottle of water for the first part of the journey if need be, but from Gan's onwards, you will have opportunities to buy drinks.1300 hrs - Depart Clementi
So we meet at the coffeeshop beside the famous C328 fish shop (which opens at 1030 am but you will be back in the evening). Polyart fish shop opens 24 hrs so you can also hop by there if you are early. Come early if you want to shop or have lunch there. Please do not buy any livestock and take it on the trip. The fauna will be stressed from the excursion. If you need anything from C328, buy it on the return trip.
1330 hrs - Arrive at Teo's Plant Farm
At Teo's plant farm, you will get to see two big planted tanks, various planted setup, as well as look at how plants are cultivated and prepared for shipment. Emersed and submersed plants are available for sale too. Many different types of Cryptocoryne and Echindorus to buy! Take note that this place is cash only and the floors are SLIPPERY.
1430 hrs - Depart for Gan's Farm
There after, proceed to Gan's fish farm to have a look see. Depending on shipment, they might have characins or algae eating catfishes. Other cyprinids and cichlids might also be available. There might be a chance that the tanks are empty if the shipment is not due. Take note that this place is cash only.
1515 hrs - Depart for Qian Hu Fish Farm
One the the famous stops for most folks, you get to see even more fish, quarantine area and there's also a supplies shop. Those hungry already will be able to get some snacks here too. Net's payment accepted for fish and supplies.
1600 hrs - Depart for Aqua Meadows
Located at Farm mart, Aqua Medows is known for their artistic driftwood with moss and discus. There's a shop nearby that as great plants for vivariums too. Most of the shops at farm mart take CASH only, but a few will take NETS.
1645 hrs - Depart for Rainbow Fish Farm (discus!) and Feeders Farm
Rainbow Fish Farm has some aquarium supplies as well as plenty of fishes, especially discus! And if time permits, we might journey slighty further in to see the farms that sells live feeds from dapnia, bloodworms, tubifex and even frogs.
1800 hrs - Depart for C328 Coffeeshop / Botak Jones for dinner
We should reach Clementi around 1830 hrs and those interested can have dinner there or pick up the stuff you reserve at C328 earlier. After dinner, those who are interested and depending on your energy levels, can still go on to the other LFS such as Biotope or Tiong Bahru.
Nobody can predict the weather. The internet weather station states that thunderstorm is expected on 16 Jun 2007, so a short compact umbrella might be a good idea too.
Photography is allow at Teo's and at Gan's. At Qian Hu, most section is open to public so it's also not a problem. However, if you are not sure, it's best to ask.
As this is a fairly flexible itinerary, there might be some delays or some changes along the way if need be. Please allow for some time to get to your next destination after Clementi.

Why not just join for a couple of hours? The highlight is Teo's and maybe Gan. I can't stay for the full trip and am squeezing in this between grocery shopping and a birthday dinner in town, my old lady is already
