    I like the scaping but dont you think it may be a little overstocked? I am counting 23 fish!!

    ya,.. clear some away already.
    inside left only 12 * cardinal tetra and 2 x pencilfish.

    should i add more plant in??

    Actually I was thinking that the amount of plants you have in there is just right. Everything is going to grow and it will really fill in the tank nicely

    The Java ferns look out of place. Maybe take them out and add replace them with some stem plants instead? Rotala rotundifolia(green) would look nice.

    What kind of lighting are you using ? i also have a cube tank but seems like my lighting is not strong enough .i am using a dymax 13 watt lighting

    You need at least 18w because of the depth, 13w is ideal for the average 1 footer sold commonly.
