Hi guys I having a slight problem, I currently have a 3ft tank and my chiller is teco R-134. My question is does my chiller under power?

Why I pop up the question is recently after installing chiller, the electric bill is getting expensive. Can you guys imagine a 3 room flat residing with 3 people & the pub bill was $248, so I was wondering is it my chiller fault?

Thanks to bro who answer my question..
