Not too sure if Eheim 1260 is good enough for this purpose.

I guess I have to drop this idea since I do not need an additional of that powerful pump in my environment.

Thanks to everyone who had sticked your nose in this thread. Do update us if anyone of you decided to go ahead experimenting with this injector (if I can get hold of this injector locally, I'll still try to see how well it works with Eheim pumps or filters ).
3.4m head is about right 4psi. That is what the guy over at mazei told me. What is Dylan ??

Not too sure on converting kg/m2 to psi. So half of it is about 2psi. Dylan is the owner of the thread you showed me at aquariumlife.

Oh..ok. The sale guy at mazzei told me that it requires abt 4psi, my friend doing M&E work told me is about 3m head. Well, a rated pump to deliver that kind of pressure is expensive, a few hundreds dollars.

I fully agreed with you on the cost for the pump alone, Stephen.

Referring to the performance table attached in my previous post, all data collected by Mazzei is done at a pressure of 5psi or more .

The itchiness has finally subsided (slightly) . I think Mazzei injector is a perfect companion with a sump.

    Altum_lover76, give it a shot .
