Question on Lighting

I've been reading this forum for quiet a while now but haven't posted yet.

Little bit about myself first:
21y old m student from Germany, I have 4 Tanks, 30L, 40L, 40L, 110L, and I enjoy growing mosses in them. Atm im growing Weeping, Peacock, Flame, Java and Willow moss. As i just won a new 30L tank at a photo-contest im thinking about the setup.
The lighting included in the tank has 11Watt.

I want to keep Elatine Triandra, P.Helferi tied to rocks, Weeping moos wall.

It wont have Co2 but I will use fertilizer.

Is the lighting enough? Do u think i can keep those plants?

I would use for a 30liter aquarium a 15watt lamp or more, Thats maybe becouse I have a 11watt lamp in my 11liter Neocaridina tank... Is it posible tide Pogostemon helferi in rocks, and grow it there like Microsoreum pteropus?

I heard it would be possible to grow it on rock.

I cant change the lighting in the tank, its attached to the lid of the tank.

Maybe u know it, its a Tetra aqua art, might be available in Finland as well.

Welcome here!
For your new 30L tank, your would probably do better with 15~20 watts.
Elatine Triandra is nutrient hungry plant, it will grow very slowly and may not survive well without CO2 injection. But please try it.

Well yes, I'll give it a try. If I see that it is dying I'll put it into a tank with higher lighting.

Do u see any problems with the pogostemon helferi growing under these conditions?
