Black color or dark green? Black then is what shadow said, BBA (Black Brush Algae). Very hard to deal with and it will soon cover everything. Your rock, plants will look like they have Afros.

Make sure CO2 is high but no lethal to fish. About 40-50ppm. Cut away the infected leaves. If rocks infected and not convenient to remove for cleaning. Try using your fingernails to pluck the algae off. Then do a 1/2 - 3/4 water change. If possible check the ratio of your Nitrates and Phosphates.

I just do a 1/2 water change, take out the affected plant, will it come out again. Because when I take out, the algae only at the top of the glass. Can put back the glass or not, will my moss be affected also???

not really clear, but look like BBA, cut the infected area of the hair grass. As Aeon said increase CO2. Also improve water circulation, it caries CO2 along with it.

Temperory solution is inject sechem excel using Syringe directly to the BBA. once a day for 3 days. BBA will turn red then white and gone.

I wonder if Soft Drinks have the same effect as applying Excel. Coke is very gassy and is saturated with CO2.

those are BBA...i got it before. it will take no sooner than 3weeks before it spreads over your lawn if you do not take any actions.

trim away those hairgrass tips with BBA.
    and
    Upz your Co2.

take actions now before it gets more troublesome
i'm ADDicted to this wonderful hobby

It was in Nature Aquarium Book 1. He used Perrier carbonated water to provide CO2.
