This guy's really aggressive...seems like he's killed 3 espei rasbora in a 24 hour timespan =\

the female's not in good shape so i doubt breeding's gonna occur anytime soon. he's just really aggressive i suspect. surprisingly, the slower swimming pencils are untouched

the female's recovered and showing black ventrals...hopefully like my cacas that means that breeding will happen soon

Feed them live food, sometimes it may induce spawning

Always a good idea to "fatten / pump up" your apistos before breeding too
