Wonder when would it be time to havest it ? And how to harvest it?

funny thing, harvesting riccia
i've seen people trim their riccia with a pair of scissors like giving a haircut
try to trim your riccia regularly, ie before it starts to rot at the base
about 2cm is good enough to cut
