i think c328 should have some...located on the bottom shelf of their small tanks near the arowana racks

Hausmann Marketing Aquarium @Neo Tiew Cresent, very near Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve. A fish farm that open for public. >10 different kind of tetra included emperor tetra. Moreover, their price very good.

You can find them at Seletar or Pasir Ris fish farm. They should have a variety of Tetra there.

however dont think NA has any emperor, did not see them the few times i went
