Is CO2 top up service available at Sera Center?

I have just inherited a 2nd hand co2 tank (the green colour tank kind with solenoid), originally bought from petmart based on the sticker at the tank, but I have no idea how to operate it. I plugged in the switch but no action was seen. Then I realised both gages were at zero.

Since this is an old set and i am unfamilar with co2 sets in the first place. I need a place that can
1) help me check that the co2 set is in working condition (eg, solenoid not spoiled, co2 tank is not leaking...)
2) refill the tank

I live in bedok and I doubt the nearby neighbourhood fish shop can provide the service i need. So I wonder whether sera center can help me. Anyone knows? thanks...

Do give Sera/Eco a call first to see if they do on-the-spot top up.

Alternatively, you can try Bioplast (System control Eng) in Boon Keng. They should be able to top up your CO2 on the spot if needed and/or fix your system.
