I don't have a hole drill...
I used a philip head screwdriver and hammer

Knock it through and use the screwdriver head to drill a hole big enough for the air tube to fit in

Pretty simple and minimum effort.

Btw, please use plastic bottle with harder material. Not those that can be easily sunk in (I am worry that it will explode and mess up my house!). I am personally using a 500ml Coke bottle
