Advice needed: What happened to my A. cacatuoides eggs?

Hi, need to ask some experienced breeders here. my caca recently laid eggs and after a few days, the eggs disappeard leaving like a translucent "husk" behind. i don't see and wrigglers or fries anywhere.

does this mean all the eggs either died or are eaten?

So anyone got any idea? the female started digging another pit near some plants.

I also saw the female pic up some eggs from the ground and spat them around. don't tell me my fish got miscarriage? haha

i suspect your eggs got infected with fungus

The eggs had hatched the female digging the pit to put the fries.

what colour are the eggs supposed to be? mine were like pink. i've seen pics of really red eggs.

they didn't really hatch, more like fell out. so i got a couple pink "balls" on the ground
