A few things seem to indicate that you are rather new to planted tanks. If you are indeed new, welcome to planted aquaria.
In my humble opinion...
You mentioned, "Just bought... added..." which seems to be point to it being an "instant" tank. If this is the case, the tank is probably not in the best conditions to host any fishes as it hasn't been given time to complete the nitrogen cycle. Do take some time to read about the nitrogen cycle.

Please do not add anymore fishes or shrimps as you will be overstretching the bioload capacity.
The plant in the middle, is not a true aquatic plant. After some time, the plant will probably rot.
thank you for the comments...both comments are about my tank reaching the max bioload....hmmm...i will heed that advice....i will not add anymore things in and see the results....
about the center plant...i don't know much about plant...will see if it will have any detrimental effect on the aquarium....thanks anyway for the advice...
When it starts to rot there'll definitely be detrimental effects. However given the nature of that plant it'll probably start dying 3-4 weeks later.
For a similar looking plant which is aquatic, i think the common amazon sword plant would do well.
