Currently i am keeping a 20cm cube tank with just cheery shrimp and some moss in it.
The problem is i found i getting more small snails everyday, they seem to multiply quite fast. (feel like i am keep snail instead of shrimps)
Heard keeping puffer fish would help in controlling the problem, but it at the same time be a threat to the shrimp offspring. Is there another way of gettting rid of snails?

    Thx

Depending on snails... some eat plants too. I have Horn snails but they don't seem to bother my plants at all.

Before I place newly bought plants into my main tank. I would soak it into a lightly dilutted mixture of water and bleech for a couple of minutes to kill any snails. After which I soak the plants into clean water for a day with about 2 WC just to clear the bleech. Troublesome but it gets the job done.
