    hi, what kind of reflector do you use for PL light ?
    any special type to get ?
    anyone using mirror as reflector , i think ADA is using mirro reflector for PL tubes.

    any special requirements that you have?
    if not, normal fluorescent reflectors can be used as well.
    you should be able to get these from some electrical lighting shops.

    The reflector which normally sell at electrical lighting shops is typicaly quite big/wide compare to arcadia or juwel reflectors.

    specially shaped reflectors should offer better performance compared to normal fluorescent reflectors. basically, they minimize the amount of reflected striking back at the light tube. however, i do not know the amount of improvement.

    thanks for the information.
    right now my PL light only uses reflective sheet that comes with the orginal casing, thinking of changing reflector but my light casing is rather wide.

    guess i will go around to look for a suitable one.

    Hi;

    I believe Art Friend has sheets of silvered mylar. You can use these as reflectors.
