I will give a 'A' grade.
I will give a 'A' grade.
i hope this is 'A',because I'm planning to buy this kind of shrimp.it will cost me around US$ 6 each.thanks.
'A' Grade CRS cost about $10-15 in Singapore LFS, which is around your US$6. Is CRS common in Philippines?
In Singapore, grading seem to be improving, I heard there is 1 grade different from 2 yrs back. C has become D(commonly see at LFS), B has become C, and so on..
CRS is not common here in the Phils. thats why i'm not familiar with identifying CRS grade.I just want my money worth when I buy these shrimps.
Thank you very much for your replies.

this will be a A grade CRs
Yep, grade A should be a fair rating.
Grade A for me too.
So it's:
4 bands - A
3 bands - B
2 bands - C
And such and such? Never been into CRS before so i'm just curious. I'd imagine the definition of the lines has something to do with the grade as well? I.e. the more well defined the white band is, the better the grade?
now I know!you see,I will try to breed it here because somewhat,it is prohibited to import shrimp here.so I guess it would take a long long time before another shipment to come.thanks for all your replies.
If you get the chance, google things like animal husbandry and line breeding.
A grade......
