    Hi all

Need to ask a question. Presently have 3 juv of the above.I am trying to sex them but have difficulties doing so.

The only thing I can see is the 2 of the juv's lateral strip changes to a spot when they are in a feeding frenzy.. Does that mean they are female?
    I am into Plecos now...

Males can have the spot too. Especially when they are young and also when they are kept together in a community of other fries.

You can sex them when they are sexually mature, usually around 6mths to be sure.
